Feel tired

If you are tired, don’t drink drinks of caffeine to keep you awake. It makes your body dehydrated. Instead, you should drink fruit juice or cool mineral water or milk. A glass of cool mineral water with some slices of lemon or coconut milk can help your drinking become easier.

If the weather is too hot, let’s intensity to drink water to avoid dehydrating. Don’t drink anything processed in the shops and inns, especially in summer months. Fruits are the best choice for snacks because they bring you much more fibers.

You should especially pay attention to food stuffs containing much fat because it can increase the ability to absorb vitamin and minerals from vegetables. However, you can not eat too much fats, vegetable oil often used to fry…. Just corn oil, soybean oil, olive oil and seed oil are good for your health.
