10 things are harmful for life style of males

Being up to ears in work causes bad effects on life-style of males. How does it effect to your health? The answer was figured out by a result from survey on 932 males.

1. Less exercise
In the number of 932 men interviewed, there are only 96 people who do exercise in a fixed time while about almost 68% never do exercise. This is the reason leading to phenomenon of tiredness, headache, dazzle… and diseases caused of cerebral blood vessel and male obesity.

2. Fear of seeking medical doctor
The survey shows that, because of business, nearly 50% males go to the drugstores and buy drugs themselves instead of going to the doctor. About 1/3 male in the world think that it is not necessary to go to the doctor. Because of delay, many diseases can not be treated with the best treatment and then they turn into worse.

3. No health check
In 932 men, there are 219 ones who have never tested their health.

4. Skip breakfast
In the rise of modern life, it become luxurious for men to have a big breakfast which has enough nutrients.
In the investigation men, only 218 men eat breakfast regularly and meet the nutrient requirements. Almost the left skip breakfast or have quick perfunctory meals.

5. Far away from relatives
Above 40% males working in offices seldom spend time getting together with family. Even although their relatives want to pay attention to them, 32% males have tendency to evade. This makes them feel much more stressful.

6. Usually in conditioned room
At work, about 70% males work in conditioned room for almost time if they have no need to go outside. This reduces the regulation ability and resistance of body.

7. No move
In the number of men interviewed, there are 542 men who get used to sitting in front of computer without standing for a long time, but when they come to the WC. Sitting on a place for a long time is not good for circulatory, easily causes delay in changing old and new substances and diseased related to blood vessel and heart. Having a long sitting in a fixed posture is one of the reasons of back pain, spinal pain.

8. Not enough time to sleep
60% among males working in offices doesn’t sleep for 8 hours per day and 70% among them are usually in sleepless.

9. Being with computer
31% among males use computer over 8 hours per day. Using computer for a long time can cause diseases of eyes, spinal and nerve. The beam radiation from the computer is harmful to person.

10. Have unreasonable diet
1/3 among men don’t guarantee about timetable and nutrients of 3 meals each day. This causes bad effects on men’s health.
